'lightning bolt effect'
Building a stone wall at werk. Sometimes we have to cut the stones so we use special chisels and a hammer. The chisel tips are lined with some magic metal that’s harder than steel. When u strike the chisel you can cut a rock clean in half. It feels so beastly to do lol. We call it the lightning bolt effect.
I’m usually not squeamish, especially with my own injuries, but I hit my hand...

People can just turn their backs on you when you need help. They’re fast to judge your flaws and slow to commend you for your efforts.
That’s why you must believe in yourself, because no one else will believe in you for you. If you don’t believe that you yourself can prosper, then you probably won’t.
